JOB OVERVIEW:

Sea Pearl Marine is seeking a dynamic and experienced Junior Techno-Commercial Manager with a strong background in the marine industry across the Gulf region. The ideal candidate is a Marine Engineer (Marine Engineer Officer Class II or above) having 5-8 years of relevant experience in ship machinery repair and maintenance, with a proven track record of building relationships with ship management agencies, ship superintendents, and other key decision-makers in the marine sector. The candidate will drive business development, prepare technical quotes, and manage the sales cycle for ship repair and maintenance services.

EXPERIENCE:

· Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Marine Technology, or a related field is preferred.
· 8-10 years of relevant experience in the marine industry, specifically in ship repair and maintenance in Gulf countries.
· A strong network of contacts within the ship repair and maintenance market, including relationships with ship management agencies, ship superintendents, or other decision-makers.
