Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Techno-Functional Administrator with a background in real estate and construction functions to manage our Oracle Fusion ERP environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in both the technical and functional aspects of Oracle Fusion applications, with a specific focus on modules related to real estate, construction, and project management. Additionally, the candidate must have experience in creating comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) to ensure that system customizations align with business needs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Real Estate, Construction Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience working with Oracle Fusion ERP, with a strong focus on both technical and functional aspects, particularly in real estate and construction functions.
- Proven experience in configuring and managing Oracle Fusion modules related to Real Estate Management, Project Management, and Construction.
- Strong understanding of SQL, PL/SQL, and other Oracle database technologies.
- Experience in creating and managing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) for ERP systems.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud infrastructure and integration technologies such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP implementation methodologies and project management best practices in real estate and construction.
