TECHNO-FUNCTIONAL BUSINESS ANALYST (WEALTH & DIGITAL ASSETS)

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Techno-Functional Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with expertise in wealth management, digital assets, and cryptocurrency. The role requires a strong understanding of digital journeys, collaboration with UX/UI design teams, and familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• 8-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on digital wealth, digital assets, and cryptocurrency.
• Proven track record of working on digital journeys and collaborating with UX/UI design teams.
• In-depth knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for digital wealth and cryptocurrency solutions.
• Lead the design and delivery of digital journeys in partnership with UX/UI teams, ensuring seamless and user-centric experiences.
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, translating business needs into functional requirements and technical specifications.
• Provide expertise in digital assets, cryptocurrencies, and wealth management platforms to inform strategic decision-making.
• Manage and support projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and workflow documentation to optimize business operations and platform performance.
• Assist in system testing, integration, and validation to ensure solutions meet business objectives and user expectations.
