Job Description We are currently looking for Techno Functional Consultant - Cards and ATM for our UAE operations. Education & Certifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field. Required Skills & Experience 3-5 years of experience in the Banking / Cards technology domain. Strong knowledge of: Card Management Systems (CMS) specifically for AFS Transaction processing Card lifecycle management & transaction flows Prior experience in card projects and large-scale integration projects. Understanding of Debit/Credit/ATM authorization flows. Experience with API integrations and host-to-host connectivity. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Duties and Responsibilities: Project & Functional Responsibilities Support end to end Debit, Credit functional testing. Supports business to test functionalities pertaining to CMS which is AFS. Raise functional defects using JIRA and track it until closure Integration & Technical Responsibilities Support integration between card host and various bank systems: ATM, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, CMS, Digital Channels Assist in API based integrations and host to host testing. Testing & Validation Coordinate and support SIT, UAT, Regression, and E2E testing cycles. Prepare test cases, test scenarios, and validation documents. Perform transaction simulations (ATM/POS/E Commerce) and validate results. Track defects, ensure timely resolution, and report testing progress. Compliance & Documentation Ensure compliance with Visa/Mastercard/Jaywan scheme requirements. Prepare periodic status reports, dashboards, project documentation, and stakeholder updates. Preparation of test logs, closure reports etc associated with testing cycle Accountability / Decision Making: Lead and ensure successful completion of UAT and regression testing cycles, with timely defect resolution and progress reporting. Take ownership of issues during integration, testing, and coordinating with vendors and internal teams for timely closure. Ensure readiness for migration (data, configurations, integrations) for testing. Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders and ensure compliance with card scheme and regulatory requirements. Deliver high-quality documentation and complete assigned modules within agreed timelines, adhering to bank governance standards. Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)

Responsibilities

The consultant will support end-to-end functional testing for debit and credit systems while managing integration between card hosts and various banking channels. They are responsible for tracking defects, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
