TECHNO-FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT - SOFTWARE IMPLEMENTATION
Pristine Enterprises FZC is looking for a Techno-Functional Consultant for Software implementation Projects
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
· Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in Middle East.
· Proven ERP Expertise – Hands-on experience in implementing and managing ERP systems.
· Data Migration & Integration Skills – Ability to map, clean, transfer, and integrate data between systems with high accuracy.
· Basic knowledge of SQL will be required. Exposure to programming language/ tools will be added advantage.
· Understanding of web-based systems and mobile apps. Ideally having knowledge of cloud deployment of
· Strong Communication & Collaboration – Working effectively with finance, operations, IT, and management teams.
· Adaptability & Continuous Learning – Staying updated with new ERP features and evolving accounting regulations.
· Willingness to Travel – Flexible to travel at client locations for implementation, training, and support as project requirements demand.
Preferably candidates having own or father/ husband’s visa. Preference will be given to quick joiners.

· Possess deep understanding of business operations across various industries and excellent communication and problem-solving skills to collaborate with stakeholders effectively.
· Engaging in pre-sales activities like client meetings for requirement understanding, preparing and conducting demos and doing POCs.
· Post contract award, gathering and analyzing the client’s business processes, workflows, and pain points to define the scope of the ERP implementation.
· Documenting requirements and preparing Software Requirement Specifications Documents (SRSD).
· Configuring and customizing Generic solutions like ERP, CRM covering modules (like Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Projects & Job Costing, Manufacturing, HR & Payroll) to match specific business requirements.
· Bridging the gap between the software system and client organization’s operational goals.
· Working on Data cleansing for uploading in system, conducting User Acceptance Test, and handling user training and basic post-implementation technical support activities and troubleshooting.
· Coordinating with technical development team for conveying requirements, and getting customizations developed, such as creating custom modules or tailored features.
· Working on integration with third-party systems, such as e-commerce platforms, or payment gateways, by various modes and methods.
· Resolving technical issues, ensuring system stability, and applying updates or patches.
· Managing multiple ongoing and newly won projects at their different stages of implantation lifecycles.
