YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Techno-Functional Delivery Lead, your primary responsibility will be to steer a team comprising EY consultants, technical architects, and engineers towards the successful execution of digital banking projects. In this role, you’ll embody the essence of a Techno-Functional Lead, adeptly bridging the gap between the project’s engagement team and the client’s team to guarantee standout results.to ensure exceptional performance.
The role requires you to have subject knowledge in mobile banking app implementation and a sound technical foundation, particularly in navigating the complexities of digital banking or mobile banking initiatives. You will be instrumental in coordinating with a technology-focused team, managing the intricacies of the project while maintaining vigilance over the program’s timeline, scope, and dependencies.
Functioning as the Voice of the Customer, you will act as the critical link between the client’s technology team and the EY’s technical team, ensuring the technical team comprehensively grasps the client’s business requirements. Conversely, you will demystify any technical challenges or constraints for the client team.
As a subject matter resource, you will also have the experience and knowledge to advise clients during the implementation of digital banking projects in areas such as regulatory requirements, banking app user adoption, banking trends, digital trends, technical trends (APIs, payment standards), among others.
