As a techno-functional quality analyst you will contribute to ensuring software quality by performing manual and automated testing, developing your technical skills and understanding of business functionalities.

• Supports initiatives related to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process and product rollout into production.
• Designs, creates, and executes test scripts (manual and automated), and conducts a variety of quality control user acceptance tests.
• Analyzes applications to ensure they meet or exceed specified standards and end-user requirements.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using tools such as Jira, ensuring timely resolution and retesting.
• Documents test cases and scripts for future replication.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, business analysts, and developers to understand system requirements and provide feedback on design and usability.
• Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, to ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team.

This role will support CitiDirect® Commercial Banking which brings together Citi’s global products and services into a single digital platform, providing clients with a 360° consolidated view of their Citi banking relationship across Cash, Loans, Trade, FX, Servicing and Onboarding/ ‘Know Your Client’ (KYC).
