Job Description At the moment our factory is developing a new production area dedicated to manufacturing furniture back panels. Your Role The Production Technologist role is focused on working within the manufacturing area related to the production and processing of HDF boards and back panels. . The position is responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving optimal production technologies to ensure products meet defined technical, quality, and business requirements. Key Responsibilities implementing new and improved technologies, developing and evaluating production recipes, supervising technological processes in daily production, driving continuous process optimization preparing raw material requirements, monitoring and settling material consumption, and reporting performance indicators as required. Qualifications Degree in Wood Technology, Production Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related technical field Experience in supervising technological processes in wood-based panel manufacturing (fiberboards preferred) Experience in continuous process improvement and technology optimization Strong problem-solving skills in technical and process-related areas Openness to learning and ability to quickly acquire new knowledge Good command of Polish and English (spoken and written) Additional Information Come join us and contribute to the IKEA journey where we thrive together while strengthening our brand and growing the business!
