Description:
POSITION DETAILS:
Current Rate of Pay: Min = $41.82/hr, Max = $48.47/hr
Employment type: Permanent Full-Time
Hours of work: 35 hrs/week

Responsibilities:
- Works with project managers and teams to ensure adherence with project plans; provides advice to execute on site changes under the direction of the project lead
- Provides support to the project lead relating to the day-to-day management of contractor’s during construction implementation. This includes completion of daily field reports.
- Works with teams to ensure compliance with plan design, health and safety and other regulatory requirements
- Conducts site visits including attending bidders meeting, project start up, progress of implementation, contingency planning and close out
- Works with the internal project team preparing detailed construction estimates
- Assists the Project Lead in the review of project proposals to identify irregularities, ensuring compliance with TRCA policies and procedures
- Assist with incident investigations as required
- Prepares and formats correspondence, project briefs and reports of a general and technical nature for both internal and external audiences
- Assist in the development and administration of procurements for Contractors, Consultants and material vendors as required
- Meets with internal and external stakeholders as required for project specific collaboration and public consultation on request
