Southern Housing are looking for a Technology Adoption & Engagement Coordinator!
We’re looking for someone passionate about creating impactful learning experiences and driving the successful adoption of new technologies.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work across multiple business areas, giving you broad exposure and the chance to make a real difference. You’ll collaborate with teams to design and deliver engaging learning materials that empower colleagues to embrace change with confidence.

KEY ASPECTS OF THE ROLE ARE DETAILED BELOW:

  • Fostering user engagement, and driving the successful adoption of new systems, upgrades, and changes.
  • Plan and produce clear and concise communications.
  • Organise workshops, presentations, and training sessions to demonstrate the value of technology tools in achieving business goals.
  • Develop user guides, FAQs, videos, and instructional materials.
