Job Description Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end material control process for OFCI and CFCI materials, including supply, delivery scheduling, inventory management, and logistics coordination. Serve as the central point of communication and coordination among internal teams, vendors, trade partners, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Develop and maintain project schedules, track milestones, and manage delivery timelines to align with Work Packages and project requirements. Identify and mitigate risks related to material supply, delivery, and project execution, implementing proactive solutions to potential issues. Optimize the supply chain by reducing touchpoints, eliminating non-value-added activities, and improving overall efficiency in material handling and delivery processes. Conduct vendor onboarding, manage relationships, and ensure alignment on project requirements and timelines. Oversee reverse logistics, stock replacement, and maintain accurate delivery records and production tracking reports. Prepare site teams for large deliveries, coordinating detailed plans and communicating equipment ownership transfer and care responsibilities. Continuously monitor and improve material control processes to enhance project performance and stakeholder satisfaction. Qualifications Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field 5+ years of experience in material control, logistics, or supply chain management within technology or construction projects Strong understanding of OFCI and CFCI material workflows, with proven ability to manage end-to-end material control processes Excellent project scheduling, coordination, and risk management skills Proficiency in inventory management, shipping logistics, and vendor relationship management Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities across cross-functional teams Experience with tracking tools and reporting systems (e.g., G-Drive, milestone tracking) Demonstrated ability to optimize supply chain processes and reduce non-value-adding activities Knowledge of reverse logistics, stock replacement, and environmental controls Proven track record of coordinating large deliveries and ensuring site readiness Additional Information Our culture is the magic that unifies us.
