Deliverables: The resources will act as a subject matter expert on a variety of infrastructure and cluster projects initiatives. Some of these will include designing and configuring advance security features, upgrades to platforms and supporting service delivery excellence. They will also assist with complex Cluster solutions that require enhanced integration and deployments and act as site reliability engineering.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Continuation of security, tenants and product service modernization
• Review and optimization of logging, DNS and other critical infrastructure
• Hybrid integration of on-premises and cloud-based systems
• Assist operations teams and Clusters with priority incidents for mission critical applications
• Plan and conduct ongoing service improvement for OPCS
• Assist in process refinement, application performance improvement
• Continuation of Service Delivery optimization including self-service portal
• Acting as SME for Cluster projects where FTE team members require assistance
