This role requires defining innovative solutions that address critical aspects such as performance optimization, capability enhancement, and scalability to support evolving business needs. The position demands a strategic approach to ensure that architectural designs align with organizational goals and provide a robust foundation for future growth and technological advancements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure architectural consistency and integration across projects. - Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing architectures. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on architectural best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Connect. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with AWS Architecture, AWS Lambda Administration, Tech Solution Architecture. - Strong understanding of cloud-based architecture principles and best practices. - Ability to design scalable and resilient systems that meet business requirements. - Experience in integrating various cloud services to build cohesive solutions. - Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization techniques in cloud environments.
