Description

Infrastructure Architecture & Design
Define and maintain end-to-end infrastructure architecture across:
Compute (IBM AIX, Linux, Windows)
Virtualization (VMware – ESXi, vCenter)
Storage (SAN/NAS, backup platforms)
Network (LAN/WAN, DC networking)
Provide architectural solutions for scalable, resilient, and secure infrastructure platforms
Ensure alignment with enterprise standards, CMDB, and configuration management practices.
Perform capacity forecasting for compute, storage, and network resources
Analyze trends for CPU, memory, storage, IO, and network utilization
Recommend and implement capacity optimization strategies
Collaborate with application, DB, and infra teams for growth planning.
Lead performance analysis and tuning across AIX/Linux/Windows and VMware environments
Identify bottlenecks across:
CPU, memory, disk IO, network throughput
Optimize workloads using tools/technologies (e.g., monitoring, alerting platforms as referenced in infra monitoring scope)
Drive proactive performance improvement initiatives
