SUMMARY

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement cloud-based IT services
• Lead planning, documentation, and delivery of M365 and Power Platform projects
• Evaluate existing services and recommend improvements
• Collaborate across teams on proof-of-concept and production rollouts
• Ensure alignment with GoA policies and enterprise architecture
• Support change management and user adoption

• Experience with software deployment, UAT, and communication management

• current active professional certification or accreditation in related discipline from a recognized issuing body & 7yr related experience.
