JOB SUMMARY ClearBridge Investments is seeking a Technology Business Analyst to join our New York City based Technology and Operations Team. You will be responsible for designing and delivering solutions to various departments throughout our firm utilizing technology, project management, problem solving and business analysis skills. This is an ideal opportunity to craft innovative business solutions leveraging the latest tools including artificial intelligence. The candidate should excel in collaboration across various teams and demonstrate exemplary teamwork. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, an understanding of system architecture, proven project management capabilities, excellent written/oral communication skills and the ability to handle the responsibilities outlined below:

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5-8 years related experience (preferably in asset management)
  • Experience managing business process optimization initiatives
  • Desire to be an integral team player across multiple teams
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a high-risk environment
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional ability to assess business needs and assess available internal and vendor technology solutions
  • Balancing a quantitative mindset and the ability to implement holistic solutions
  • Experience in delivering successful low-code/no-code solutions
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, PowerApps, Agents, Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse and other third-party tools
  • Experience in process mining and improvements in operational efficiency for automated processes
  • Knowledge of data science and natural language processing
  • Familiar with investment buy-side industry systems
Responsibilities
  • Lead focus groups and research, propose, and manage scalable implementations to drive AI solutions
  • Help develop program discipline and governance framework around the implementation and use of AI tools and solutions
  • Manage multiple projects working with stakeholders and project team members
  • Provide clear project updates to senior stakeholders
  • Deliver measurable results through strong execution and accountability
  • Design and develop high quality solutions to provide efficiency and process improvements using scalable and secure enterprise solutioning tools
  • Assist various ClearBridge teams with implementation of standard AI solutions
