POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technology Business Analyst Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in analyzing technology specifications for enhancements, gathering requirements, and supporting the development of technology solutions that align with strategic goals.

PAY: $18-$21 per hour (Determined by the knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant.)

  • Intern Relocation Adjustment Allowance of $1,000.00 is offered for the purpose of assisting with various expenses associated with your relocation for the internship (less applicable taxes and based on eligibility). WHAT IS DESIRED:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with business analysis tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Dev Ops is a plus.)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for technology and interest in business strategy. Operations research, systems engineering, supply chain management, lean manufacturing.
  • Identify Process Technology gaps to streamline our utility industry.
  • Efficiency analysis of utility operations.
  • Data-driven decision-making for work and maintenance planning enhancements.
