About the role
COUNTRY Financial is seeking a dynamic experienced Information Technology Technical Business Analyst to transform business and technical requirements into software solutions. As a Technical Business Analyst on the Commercial/Agribusiness team, you’ll have an integral role in transforming business requirements into software solutions. You’ll partner with business units to understand their business strategies, operations, and opportunities and develop technical capability roadmaps that align with the business and are used by the technology development team. As a member of a project team, you’ll also be a liaison between the technology development teams and the business units during the development and implementation of the new Guidewire PolicyCenter policy administration system supporting all farm and commercial lines of business.

- Develops and documents detailed requirements containing solution architecture that can be utilized for building, testing, training, and support operations.- Develops capability roadmaps and business cases; scope definition and management, stakeholder analysis, and creates and manages analysis activities.- Communicates and presents capability and scope plans to all levels of business and technical staff.

Do you have what we’re looking for?

• Background in Commercial Property/Casualty insurance, especially in the areas of policy administration systems.
• Knowledgeable of Guidewire’s PolicyCenter policy administration system.
• Experience creating and fostering a SAFe Agile environment.
• Takes lead in recommending solutions and driving results through the team and business.
• Ability to develop and document detailed requirements containing solution architecture that can be utilized for building, testing, training, and support operations.
• Ability to develop capability roadmaps and business cases; define and manage scope of work, perform stakeholder analysis, and manage analysis activities.
• Experience working on large programs.
• Drive to learn new business systems, industry requirements and understand the needs of their business partners.
• Able to apply established standards, resolving a wide range of complex problems and diverse scope.
• Looks to implement best practices based on knowledge of internal and external business issues to improve products, services, or processes.

Base Pay Range:
$76,000-$104,500
The base pay range represents the typical range of potential salary offers for candidates hired. Factors used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, qualifications and experience.
Incentive Pay:
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a Short-Term Incentive plan.
