Primary Responsibilities (Technical + Solutioning Hybrid) Technical Leadership * Architect and implement advanced system configurations for Asset Finance solutions. * Design and develop complex integrations, APIs, extensions, and data models. * Lead technical troubleshooting, performance optimization, and environmental readiness. * Oversee data migration approach, validation strategy, and cutover execution. Functional & Consulting Responsibilities * Lead requirement‑gathering workshops with clients and translating needs into functional + technical designs. * Define solution scope, system architecture, and configuration strategy. * Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. * Validate business processes such as quote‑to‑contract, in‑life servicing, and accounting flows. * Provide guidance on best practices, domain standards, and product capabilities. * Support project managers in planning, risk management, and solution delivery governance. Solutioning & Advisory Mindset * Recommend approaches that balance configuration vs customization. * Identify gaps, create solution options, and present impact assessments to clients. * Contribute to design authority discussions and ensure solution alignment. * Mentor junior consultants on functional and technical topics.
