Description

Job Description:
As a Technology Consultant, you’ll play a key role in advising, designing, and implementing customer experience technology solutions for some of the world’s leading brands. Collaborating with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, you’ll bridge the gap between business goals and technical capabilities—delivering seamless, personalized, and scalable solutions that drive real impact.
This role is perfect for someone with a few years of experience in Martech, CMS, and digital transformation who’s ready to take the next step in their consulting journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design of technical architectures that connect systems, data, and processes to enable exceptional customer experiences.
  • Support the integration and optimization of content management systems (CMS) to deliver dynamic, personalized content across channels.
  • Collaborate on Martech stack integrations, including CDPs, analytics, marketing automation, and messaging platforms.
  • Drive the technical aspects of pre-sales activities, including RFP responses and client presentations.
  • Lead discovery sessions, define solutions, and scope technical requirements.
  • Work closely with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions align with both technical and business objectives.
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends in CXM and Martech, contributing to innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in technology consulting or advisory roles.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as Adobe, Salesforce, Optimizely, and Sitecore.
  • Subject matter expertise across strategy and experience design, marketing automation, personalization, data platforms, CMS, and commerce.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A proactive mindset and a passion for shaping the future of technology consulting alongside senior agency leaders.

What We Offer

  • A dynamic, international work environment with colleagues from around the globe.
  • A challenging position at a successful company in a growing market.
  • A fun and inclusive culture—think foosball, table tennis, themed events, and team parties.
  • 3 extra days off (yes, at Merkle we take your well-being very seriously) - in addition to 25 annual vacation days, there are 3 Well-being Days.
  • 2 Social Impact Days - you can volunteer for a charity of your choice.
  • Extensive learning and development opportunities, including a wide range of personal and online training.
  • A hybrid work model, with 2-3 days in the office and the rest working from home.
  • A competitive salary and excellent secondary benefits.
