JOB DESCRIPTION: TECHNOLOGY COORDINATOR
Reports To: Technology Team Lead
Status: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Takes Direction From: Executive Team, Strategic Leadership Team

JOB SUMMARY
The Technology Coordinator supports the implementation, maintenance, and day-to-day function of the organization’s technology systems, devices, and educational technology tools. Working under the direction of the Technology Team Lead, this role assists with device issuance and upkeep, system security, user support, and the integration of technology into the learning environment. The Technology Coordinator is hands-on in troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining accurate technology inventories, and ensuring that staff, students, and families are equipped to use organizational technology effectively and securely. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative approach, with the flexibility to work on-site across multiple locations and virtually as needed.

EQUIPMENT/MATERIAL HANDLED
The individual in this position shall be assigned a variety of resources and materials which are to be appropriately stored and accounted for. Must know how to properly operate or be willing to learn to operate all multimedia equipment including current technology.
