JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Undergraduate Degree in Business/Commerce or a Technical Discipline (e.g. Engineering, Computer Science)
- Experience to lead projects with Java technologies (J2EE/Rest APIs/Spring Boot/Spring Framework/Spring Cloud) with web-based application architectures and frameworks
- Experience with IAM technologies such as Ping Identity or similar will be great asset.
- Manage projects with strong focus on information security practices.
- Familiarity with network protocols, firewalls
- 8+ years relevant experience with Agile delivery experience preferred.
- Proven experience in driving technology project delivery with Enterprise impact and achieving target-state through a roadmap of investments that drive business outcomes.
- Skill in applying technology expertise and leading development of end-to-end technical solutions at the Product Family or Platform level, and leading a team of technology delivery professionals
- Skill in managing partners and stakeholders to ensure technical solutions meet strategic direction, business and technical requirements, budget, scalability and architectural goals with risks and impacts considered.
- Knowledge of applications, systems, networks, innovation, design activities, best practices, business / organization, bank standards, regulatory and compliance standards
- Knowledge and experience of the financial services industry, banking and insurance products, data management, data governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, integration, and experience implementing cloud technology solutions in industries with high regulatory oversight
- Ability to quickly gain understanding of the Data Risk, Privacy, and Legal control functions and TD as a whole with expertise and specialized knowledge of data concepts and related technology and tools.
- Ability to work in close partnership with leads in Architecture, Infrastructure, Information Security, Privacy, Data Management, and third-party, external vendor leadership teams in assessing solutions design/development to meet TD’s transformational needs
