Description
Carnival UK is in search of a Manager, Technology Delivery, who is crucial in supporting our technological direction and nurturing a high-performing team. Your responsibilities will include: Lead and deliver strategic technology initiatives using Agile, SAFe, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies Define scope, schedule, and delivery plans while managing risks, issues, and progress reporting Support Product Owners in backlog delivery and stakeholder communication Monitor project budgets, forecast costs, and manage funding and expenditure risks Positioned within our internal structure from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President), this role is classified as a CUK Level 07, offered as a full-time position, on a fixed-term basis for 6 months. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home. Requirements: Your Expertise and Leadership To thrive as a Manager, Technology Delivery, we're looking for: Strong experience in infrastructure project delivery, including server and compute replacements. Hands-on involvement in network changes and improvements. Experience with operating system upgrades, such as Windows 10 removal. Proven track record in disaster recovery initiatives and network performance enhancements Comfortable managing delivery in infrastructure-heavy environments using Agile, SAFe, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies Familiarity with backend environments involving “tins and wires” (physical infrastructure) About You: A Catalyst for Change We believe that diversity enriches our team.
