As a Technology Delivery Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our mission teams deliver real business outcomes with pace, focus, and quality. You’ll bring clarity to complexity, drive Agile delivery practices, and manage risks and dependencies so that our teams can work at their best. This is a role that’s all about making change happen; turning plans into results, enabling collaboration across disciplines, and ensuring the delivery of value is predictable, efficient, and impactful.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

In this role, you’ll take ownership of delivery across our mission teams, ensuring complex initiatives land with pace, precision, and measurable business value. You’ll bring clarity to ambiguity, orchestrating cross-functional collaboration between product, engineering, and business leaders to drive outcomes that matter. By fostering an Agile culture of continuous improvement, you’ll remove barriers, manage dependencies, and accelerate delivery performance – ensuring teams are empowered to do their best work and our customers see the impact.
