Job Summary As a Technology Delivery Project Manager at Sundt, you will play a critical role in enabling the successful delivery of technology initiatives that support both corporate and field operations. Working within Sundt's business-aligned product development model, you will partner closely with all teams in IT, Corporate Systems, Field Systems, Engineering, Application Development, Data Platforms and Security teams, to ensure work moves predictably from concept to production and delivers measurable business value. Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Technology & Support, the Project Manager serves as a delivery enabler and coordinator, not a gatekeeper. This role focuses on flow, readiness, dependency management, and communication-ensuring initiatives are well-structured, properly planned, and smoothly transitioned into operations. This position requires strong organizational skills, collaboration across technical and non-technical teams, and the ability to operate effectively in a Kanban / Agile delivery environment while supporting Sundt's continued growth and increasing operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities 1. Communicate risks, constraints, tradeoffs, and timeline impacts with context. 2. Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT}, stakeholder availability, and deployment timing. 3. Coordinate delivery across Engineering, Integrations, Operations, Support, and Data teams. 4. Ensure required artifacts (business cases, Epics, Features, Stories, readiness checklists) are complete and accessible. 5. Ensure requirements, documentation, testing, training, and operational readiness activities are planned and tracked. 6. Lead transition-to-operations activities, ensuring runbooks, support readiness, and enablement are complete. 7. Manage dependencies, sequencing, and delivery readiness to ensure predictable flow of work. 8. Monitor progress, identify blockers, and facilitate timely resolution. 9. Participate in retrospectives and lessons learned to continuously improve delivery processes. 10. Partner with Product and Project support to structure approved business cases into Epics, Features, and User Stories in Azure DevOps. 11. Provide clear, consistent status updates to stakeholders and leadership. 12. Reinforce standard delivery practices aligned with the Technology Operations & Support playbook. 13. Support scalable, repeatable delivery practices as Sundt continues to grow. 14. Support transparency into priorities, progress, and delivery health. Minimum Job Requirements 1. 5+ years of experience managing or coordinating technology projects in an IT or enterprise application environment. 2. Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, a related field or equivalent work experience. (PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent certifications are a plus.) 3. Demonstrated ability to manage dependencies, risks, and cross-team coordination. 4. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 5. Experience working in Agile, Kanban, or hybrid delivery models. 6. Experience working in or supporting construction, engineering, or related industries is a plus. 7. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through. 8. Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycles, from intake through deployment and support.
