Job Description Technology Development Manager Site Operations represents the department and serves as the liaison between Systems Development, Process Improvement, and business end-users from all functional areas. Determines operational objectives within the department. Reviews, analyses, and proposes modifications to business systems to support departmental business needs Communicates departmental business technology priorities to Systems Development and Process Improvement Manages internal department business technology projects Writes and maintains user documentation, provides training to end-users Provides support and communicates potential business impact to end-users from all functional areas, acting as an escalation point and subject matter expert for departmental business technology systems Participates in department initiatives related to new and existing business applications Qualifications College or University Degree, ideally in ideally in the life science or health care field Biomedical and Health Informatics is a plus At least 3-year experience in clinical research At least 2-year experience in Clinical or Site Operations Proficiency in standard MS Office applications Understanding of technology and IT systems Additional Information Make the right call and take your career to a whole new level.
