EDUCATION QUALIFICATION & ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCES:

  • Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Microelectronics /Material Engineering or Physics science.
  • Interesting or Min 15 years of relevant work experience in Technology Development/ Technology Transfer would be plus.
  • Proven experience in technology transfer/technology development
  • Strong project and program management skills
  • Strong leadership of cross-functional teams and stakeholder collaboration
  • Experience in Fabrication is a plus
Responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY:

You are responsible to contribute in managing process development, performance analysis, risk mitigation, and platform integration to meet quality, reliability, and production readiness targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Led the successful transfer of mature technologies from the mother fab to the new fab, overseeing cross-functional teams in process development, device performance evaluation, S2S modeling, and process control capability assessments to ensure stability, productivity, and alignment with CIP and defense system plans.
  • Managed the introduction of customer RSA and mass production products from external fabs, driving technical requirement alignment during kickoff, tracking process development progress, proposing window checks for critical steps, and mitigating production risks to meet stringent quality, reliability, and yield standards.
  • Directed the development of derivative platforms by defining device performance targets in collaboration with marketing, selecting and integrating process steps across multiple technologies, and coordinating shuttle runs and fab operations to ensure readiness for mass production.
