The purpose of this role is to create solution architectures for systems and platforms ensuring all relevant options are explored for time, cost and compliance to the company’s standards, policies and practices whilst meeting the business’ requirements. The role will oversee the work of other architects and delivery of the solution for clients both internal and external, shepherding it through the relevant governance.

About the Role:
The Technology Director is a senior leadership position responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the technology programme in the Salesforce UKI Practice.

This role requires a visionary leader with deep Salesforce technical expertise and strong leadership skills to support the overall business goals.

• Responsible for leading the technical team in the design, development, implementation, and delivery of projects ensuring that standards are upheld to meet the business needs
• Lead and mentor the technical team to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
• Working with Executive Leadership Team on the project pipeline ensuring the right skillset within the team and identifying knowledge gaps for training and developing
• Working across Integrated Delivery to define the team structure, training requirements and skillset needed to support business growth. Connecting the business needs to individual and team training goals.
• Supporting the day-to-day activities of the technical team including performance management, coaching and development
• Leading our bonus, performance review, promotion, and ASR process. Ensuring consistency across the team, connected to feedback and performance
• Supporting the team of Delivery Directors to guarantee the successful outcome of projects from a technical perspective
