ABOUT THE ROLE
The Technology Director will lead the Support Services Technology Department by overseeing a team responsible for complex engineering and analytical tasks across various technical areas within the telecom and contact center technologies, including Amazon voice chat solutions and other communication platforms. This role will involve engineering, implementation, and operations, as well as supporting Amazon voice chat integrations and tasks. The Technology Director will collaborate closely with Support Services departments across the company to provide business analysis, project management, implementation, and consulting support for technology-related initiatives. Additionally, the Technology Director will contribute to various projects, providing insights and strategies to support both current and future project goals, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and technology advancements.
This position will offer a hybrid work environment (minimum three days in office) in St. Louis, MO, and requires a regular on-site presence as needed at our Maryland Heights/Weldon Springs/and Clayton Corporate HQ campus and will require travel up to 5%. The pay range for this position is $160,300 - $188,854.
