You’ll step into a pivotal role as the Technology Domain Owner for our Workflow Centre of Excellence, leading how Westpac builds and evolves enterprise workflow capabilities that simplify and elevate experiences for bankers and customers. You’ll guide a talented team across engineering, architecture and delivery, bringing everyone together to solve business problems end‑to‑end. Your days will see you shaping strategy, strengthening our engineering culture, and championing modern practices like CI/CD, automation and AI innovation. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, represent the COE across forums, and make confident calls on technology roadmaps, vendor partnerships and performance. What do I need? Ability to lead and inspire multidisciplinary technology teams Strong engineering and architecture capability with modern delivery practices within Banking or Financial industry. Experience engaging at senior levels and translating business needs into technical direction Confident stakeholder, vendor and governance management Ability to build capability, drive excellence and champion innovation across teams.
