In enterprise performance management at PwC, you will focus on helping clients improve their financial performance and decision-making processes. You will analyse financial data, develop performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), and design and implement performance management frameworks. You will be responsible for providing guidance on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to drive operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives. Focused on relationships, you are building meaningful client connections, and learning how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you are growing your personal brand, deepening technical expertise and awareness of your strengths. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality. Per questa opportunità è previsto un inserimento con contratto al 1° livello CCNL Commercio con una retribuzione indicativa tra 36.000€-50.000€, la cui determinazione finale sarà definita anche in base alla valutazione delle tue competenze ed esperienze pregresse. In aggiunta, è prevista una componente variabile legata alla performance fino a un massimo del 10% della retribuzione.
