Collaborate with a varied group of colleagues in Finance and across the Firm Responsible for and lead a significant set of deliverables, leveraging advanced understanding of Finance functional area, product and/or client segment Proactively identify emerging risks in individual and department work and contribute to strategies for mitigating them Act as a role model and culture carrier; Embody and set an example of the Firm's values and hold yourself and others accountable to Firm standards Design, enhance, and maintain cost allocation methodologies across infrastructure and technology domains to ensure transparency and fairness in cost distribution. Develop and implement scenario‑modeling capabilities that support strategic investment planning, funding decisions, and cost‑recovery strategies. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes in partnership with Infrastructure FP&A and key Technology stakeholders. Represent the Cost Transparency function in governance forums (e.g., TIG/SIG, Technology Governance Committee), providing insights that shape strategic decision‑making. Oversee monthly financial performance reporting, including budget vs. actuals, estimates, and technology expense targets, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights. Serve as a trusted advisor to the Tech COO, Business Managers, and Finance partners, providing guidance on cost drivers, recovery mechanisms, and financial implications. Drive automation, standardization, and data‑quality improvements to reduce manual effort and strengthen the integrity of cost transparency reporting. Establish reporting frameworks that elevate visibility of shared technology costs and enable granular budget accountability and benefits realization across business units. Advanced understanding of Finance functional area, product and/or client segment and technical skills, as well as of industry and competitive environment Ability to provide positive and constructive feedback and acknowledge efforts of team members Ability to articulate risk and impact to various audiences, and create plans to mitigate those risks Strong business knowledge & expertise, with the ability to design and apply cost‑allocation methodologies across complex tech and infrastructure domains. Advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills, including scenario modeling to support strategic financial decision‑making. High accountability and judgement, demonstrated through ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and reporting with exceptional attention to detail. Strong strategic alignment capability, able to present clear financial insights and influence decisions in governance forums. Excellent communication skills, providing clear, actionable guidance to senior Technology and Finance stakeholders. Demonstrated innovation and continuous‑improvement mindset, proactively enhancing automation, standardization, and data quality. Strong risk awareness and controls, with the ability to identify, assess, and mitigate financial or operational risks. At least 6 years 8+ years of experience in financial planning, cost modeling, or technology business management with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field; CPA or CFA designation preferred, and experience in financial institutions is a strong asset.
