Description Summary: We are seeking a knowledgeable, dependable and coachable individual to join our information technology team as a Technology Generalist at our Main Office in Clewiston. Reports to: Chief Information Officer Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Follows and incorporates First Bank's Core Values and established policies and procedures. Provides general in-house technical support, assisting with the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of personal computer hardware and software. Involves general network and system administration to ensure smooth and efficient operations. May help train other employees in using technology effectively and is responsible for resolving technical issues. Assist in ensuring the security and integrity of the organization's information systems, including LAN/WAN, telecommunications, voice systems, and internet. Assist in safeguarding networks against unauthorized access, modification, destruction, or disclosure by continuously monitoring and analyzing network security systems. Maintains regular and reliable attendance. May perform additional duties as assigned in support of the security and integrity of the bank's information systems. Requirements Qualifications/Requirements: Demonstrate proficiency in on-the-job training as well as successful completion of assigned training or certifications. Ability to interact with all levels of the bank. Ability to relate complex material in user-friendly manner. Familiarity with Windows user groups and permissions. Strong analytical, financial, and interpersonal skills. Must maintain working knowledge of computer processing operations. Education/Training: Bachelors degree in IT-related field or equivalent combination of training, IT certifications and experience.
