Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily operation of the company’s physical and virtual server infrastructure. Ensure members of AHH’s service and technology providers meet Service Level Agreements (SLA) by taking appropriate actions to deliver a reliable, secure computing environment.
  • Provide production support responsibilities in addition to project work.
  • Work with IT leadership to create Infrastructure and Security roadmap. Provide technology leadership to drive differentiating, innovating, enabling solutions for AHH as it grows in sophistication, complexity, and scale.
  • Provide expertise on foundational and emerging technologies.
  • Define, select, implement, and manage technology solutions for AHH including those related to Infrastructure, Security, Telecommunications/Network, and Data.
  • Coordinate internal and external infrastructure support including troubleshooting, problem resolution, and maintenance.
  • Drives IT Asset Management (ITAM) and maintain a current and accurate asset inventory for AHH.
  • IT Service Management (ITSM) for infrastructure and security scope. Provide IT asset management duties to maintain equipment through its lifecycle.
  • Deploy and ensure adoption of industry best practices, processes, and policies to manage risk, and comply with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure critical business needs are met and solutions are adopted and maximized.
  • Is considered quality management program staff and allocate approximately 20% of overall job requirements to quality management activities.
  • Actively participate and provide support as needed to fellow leadership and quality program staff to ensure activities related to the company’s quality management program and quality improvement activities maintain priority focus and are effectively executed. This may include but is not limited to activities that promote objective and systematic measurement, monitoring, and evaluation of services and defined Quality Improvement Projects (QIPs) that may result from such efforts.
