The programme This is a 19-week intern programme, with a mix of full-time hours during the semester break and part-time hours on the weeks you have class from July to December. Work hours will be between Monday to Friday. Our programme is designed for students who are new to the professional workplace and have no prior experience working in an IT department. The programme will introduce you to the length and breadth of the Digital Services department, and a good understanding of the different teams and how they all collaborate and interconnect to offer a cutting-edge technology service to students, staff and visitors. Interns will be coached by experienced colleagues and experts in their fields, who will support and guide them throughout the programme. You will get to work on real applications, problems and projects, and you will be encouraged to bring your ideas forward and contribute to the team from the get-go (no filing or making people coffee here!). You must be available for the on-site internship from July 2026 until December 2026. You will have built a basic foundation of skills relevant to the area you wish to go into, either through your studies, work experience, hobbies, volunteering, participating in hackathons and competitions or personal projects.
