JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking highly experienced Technology Lead in the technology domain using Azure and Snowflake.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in understanding business requirements, designing and reviewing technical solutions, validating architecture, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Experience in building robust DW/BI solutions with a focus on statistical and advanced analytics is essential. The role involves close collaboration with Architects and Business Analysts to define data requirements, create Source-to-Target mappings, and design ETL pipelines based on business documentation.
Insurance domain experience is a plus.(Commercial/Speciality Insurance)

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead ETL and reporting design efforts; provide technical inputs to delivery teams.
  • Conduct technical risk assessments, code reviews, and unit test plan evaluations.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Guide offshore teams in developing optimized, high-quality code deliverables.
  • Contribute to detailed design, architecture, and implementation artifacts, including ETL development, testing support, and deployment.
  • Collaborate regularly with Data Architects, Data Modelers, and Testing teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Diagnose customer issues, design innovative solutions, and support deployment to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain high standards of service delivery in a regulated technology environment.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Azure Data Factory, ADLS
  • Mandatory: Minimum 3–4 years of strong hands-on experience in at least one of these technologies.
  • Snowflake, Kafka
  • Mandatory: Minimum 1–2 years of strong hands-on experience in at least one of these technologies.
  • Power BI, Confluent Cloud, Microsoft Fabric, Python/PySpark
  • Nice to Have: Exposure or working knowledge in any of these technologies is a plus.
