QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience with Learning and Talent Management technologies in global, large-scale initiatives.
  • Proven experience in system development lifecycle, process re-engineering, and technology implementations.
  • Strong understanding of Learning and Talent Management processes and technologies (e.g., Workday, EdCast, Cornerstone).
  • Excellent communication, consultative, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and results-driven mindset.
  • Experience with agile or self-managed technology teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications in Human Centered Design, CHRP/CHRL, or PMP are an asset.
  • Experience in insurance, financial, or highly regulated environments is preferred.
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Enablement Lead: Oversee learning, development, and talent systems, ensuring alignment with the Talent and Development Center of Excellence.
  • Technical Support: Provide consultative support and business analysis to design and implement strategic solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to collect business requirements, develop, test, and deploy solutions that enhance learning and talent management.
  • Risk Management: Facilitate privacy impact assessments, risk reviews, and participate in vendor release activities.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Influence and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to drive project success.
  • GenAI Technologies: Understand and leverage GenAI technologies, including model development, API integration, and deployment.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret data to inform L&D technology strategies and measure the effectiveness of initiatives.
  • Future Skills: Anticipate future skill requirements and develop technology strategies for upskilling and reskilling.
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives that leverage GenAI to create innovative learning solutions.
  • Agile Methodologies: Utilize agile methodologies and work within self-managed technology teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Strategic Planning: Participate in HR Technology Book of Work planning efforts and influence the technology roadmap.
  • Subject Matter Expert: Serve as a technology expert across Talent Management, Performance Enablement, Development, and Culture domains.
