As a Technology Learning Officer in Government Technology Services, you’ll play a key role in empowering colleagues across the Isle of Man Government through engaging and effective IT training. Using your passion for IT, you’ll deliver hands-on training in a range of systems to a wide variety of end users. Working closely with our Technology Learning Manager, you’ll help upskill users by delivering training sessions, creating clear and accessible user guides (both written and visual), and developing e-learning materials that meet a wide range of learning styles.
Our philosophy in Customer Experience is about empowering our customers to have more confidence in their own IT skills and to encourage them to reach out to us when they need support with technology.
