What you'll be doingAssessing IT infrastructure, digital maturity, cloud strategy, cybersecurity posture and scalability as part of deal due diligence
Building integration and separation blueprints, Transitional Service Agreements, synergy models and PMO deliverables
Translating technical and transformation experience into commercially relevant insight for senior stakeholders, under deal timelines
Working alongside Financial, Operational, Commercial and ESG diligence teams
As you progress: mentoring junior team members, shaping propositions, and helping build out a fast-growing practice
