Together with your team, you will design technical IT solutions for the building society savings and mortgage lending business in a heterogeneous technology environment, and analyze and plan technical optimizations.
They are responsible for and manage the execution of complex technology projects through all project phases, from project setup to project completion, while adhering to the agreed budget.
They provide transparent reporting on the application or project status using the organization's standard tools and processes (DB Clarity, SDLC tools, Confluence and Jira) and involve all relevant stakeholders on both the business and IT sides in the information flow.
They stay up-to-date (e.g., Google Cloud technology), supported by internal and external training, continuously develop their skills, and are happy to share their knowledge with their colleagues.
They manage, coach, and optimize processes within the framework of building cross-site agile team structures, including offshore locations and external vendors.
They provide technical leadership to a team of internal employees and scale the necessary additional resources through external vendors.
