about this role
The Technology Manager, Digital Experiences will lead the development and continuous improvement of our high-performance, engaging web applications. You will be responsible for driving the implementation of front-end components, modern tooling, and developing standards to ensure fast, consistent, and exceptional guest experiences.

As a key member of our Digital Experiences leadership team, you’ll work with your engineering teams and collaborate with product managers, design leads and architects to build engaging front-end experiences. Your primary focus will be on implementing new features and driving technical improvements that support scalability, responsiveness, and performance.

lululemon’s compensation offerings are rooted in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $131,100 - $172,100 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our competitive Total Rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus offering, subject to program eligibility requirements.
