The Role As a Technical Consultant, you will take a leading role in our client-facing pre-sales, implementation and integration of advanced insurance software. In this role, you will be part of a global Technology Consulting team and will focus primarily on the APAC market. Technical Consultants are involved across the full lifecycle—from internal and external presales engagements through to successful software product delivery—developing deep expertise and leadership skills in both technical and business domains. Your main responsibilities will include: * Executing client projects under the supervision of a Senior Technical Consultant * After-sales technical support to Asia-Pacific clients * Conducting on-site and remote installations, configuration and support of enterprise software * Recommending appropriate custom solutions where required. * Pre-sales support to consultants and the sales teams including managing RFP/RFI responses * Become a knowledgeable expert on our products and associated technologies * Developing relationships with support and development teams
