An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced Technology/Project Manager to join our team, taking ownership of critical projects in the areas of risk management, compliance, data, and cyber security. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic, global environment and play a key role in delivering impactful business outcomes.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, ideally in risk, compliance, data, or cyber security projects
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects with global teams
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Visio, Roadmunk, etc.)
  • Professional training or certification in project management (e.g. PMP, Prince2, Agile)
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong planning, monitoring, and reporting capabilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and expected business outcomes are met
  • Manage projects through all phases of the project lifecycle
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and senior management
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, roadmaps, Gantt charts, RAID logs, and status reports
  • Prepare and present clear, professional documentation and updates for Steering Committees and senior stakeholders
  • Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Facilitate regular status meetings with internal and external stakeholders
