I. PURPOSE The Technology Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization’s technology strategy, systems, and teams to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient delivery of technology services. This role aligns technology initiatives with business objectives, drives continuous improvement, and ensures operational excellence across all technology functions. II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop and execute technology strategies aligned with organizational goals. • Oversee the design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of IT systems, applications. • Establish and enforce IT service management (ITSM) processes including incident, problem, change, and release management • Define and execute data and analytics strategy aligned with business goals • Oversee data platforms, data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data warehouses • Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance • Ensure system availability, performance, scalability, and security across all technology platforms. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Establish and enforce IT policies, standards, and best practices, including governance and compliance. • Oversee risk management, data protection, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans. • Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and adoption of new technologies where applicable. • Monitor project delivery, timelines, and quality, ensuring successful implementation of technology initiatives. People Management • Lead, coach, and mentor team members to support performance, growth, and career development. • Define roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations for the team. • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and address performance issues promptly. • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. • Identify skills gaps and develop training, upskilling, and succession plans. • Manage team capacity, workload distribution, and resource planning. • Support hiring, onboarding, and retention of technical talent. • Promote professionalism, integrity, and compliance with company policies and values III. QUALIFICATIONS A. Minimum Education • A graduate of any 4-year IT related courses: ▪ BS in Electronics Engineering ▪ BS in Electronics and Communications Engineering ▪ BS in Information Technology ▪ BS in Computer Engineering ▪ BS in Computer Science ▪ BS in Information System B. Minimum Experience/Training • Experience implementing a Machine Learning Project • Can be as a project in your company, a freelance project, or a personal project • Must be able to explain the process of how the project was developed • Demonstrated technical and leadership skills o Collaboration o Ownership o Sense of urgency o Communication • Experience developing a Machine Learning model and having it used by the client or any end user • Experience deploying a Machine Learning Model • Experience integrating a Data Science Solution with Dashboards (tools like Tableau, PowerBI) • Trained or knowledgeable in ITIL v4 • Experienced in implementing and supporting ITSM solutions C. Competency • Experience in report and dashboard creation, statistical/data modeling, quantitative analytics, data mining and analysis techniques • Distinctive problem-solving and analytical skills combined with effective communication skills • Demonstrated ability to convey complex concepts and solutions to all levels of an organization • Has at least one subject area or industry of expertise – knowledge in application domains such as in Finance, Healthcare, Education, Manufacturing Location Makati, Metro Manila (Hybrid) Department Business Applications Employment Type Full-Time Minimum Experience Manager/Supervisor
