MicroSec (www.usec.io) is looking for a tech-savvy, driven, and creative B2B Marketing Intern with a focus on cybersecurity to join our dynamic team. This position offers the opportunity to engage in cutting-edge marketing strategies within the cybersecurity industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, a keen interest in cybersecurity trends, and a desire to learn about marketing in a high-tech environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in tech-focused marketing and to make a significant impact in promoting cybersecurity solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, manage, and execute the regional marketing plans to achieve company marketing pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns tailored to the industrial cybersecurity market, including digital, email, social media, and content marketing.
  • Create strategic marketing plans and implement programs that drive pipeline growth and customer loyalty within regional targeted accounts. Programs include MicroSec-led events, third-party event sponsorships, executive events, virtual experiences, hands-on workshops, user group forums, learn-n-learns, briefings, and more.
  • Write and edit various cybersecurity-related content and promote its distribution through various channels including social media.
  • Create engaging content that explains complex cybersecurity concepts in an accessible and compelling manner for various audiences.
  • Create various collaterals of the company including decks, pamphlets, audio/video visuals and other marketing-related materials.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the cybersecurity industry.
  • Analyze campaign performance and assist in the preparation of marketing analytics reports to understand effectiveness and ROI.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create marketing materials and tools that support the sales process, including presentations, brochures, and case studies.
  • Support the management of the company’s social media profiles, ensuring they reflect the latest in cybersecurity trends and company offerings.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for new marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends for IoT & OT cybersecurity and do competitor analysis.
  • Participating in events and conferences.
