One of our VIP clients is a fast-moving personal injury law firm handling thousands of active cases, and we’re on the hunt for a Technology Operations Analyst to help us scale smarter. From optimizing Filevine and Domo to building data pipelines and process automations, this is an opportunity to take full ownership of a role that directly impacts firm performance.
What You’ll Do

CROSS-TEAM ENABLEMENT

  • Train and support staff across teams on how to use tools efficiently — and make sure systems are adopted, not just installed.
  • Serve as the go-to resource for all things tech: helping legal staff, ops, and leadership troubleshoot issues, find smarter workflows, and get what they need without unnecessary lag.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4–5+ years of experience in systems integration, analytics, or operations — ideally in legal, tech, or professional services.
  • Domo-certified or if none, solid experience building dashboards, managing data architecture, and driving user adoption.
  • Proficiency with Filevine or if not, similar case management systems; deep understanding of system workflows, document templates, merge docs, and permissions.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Zapier), API connections, and CRM logic.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, Python (or similar), data pipelines, and visualization best practices.
  • Strong project ownership: able to drive initiatives forward independently, with no loose ends.
  • Clear communicator who can translate between technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Someone who is task-oriented, takes initiative, and thrives on getting sh*t done.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
