Required Technical and Professional Expertise • 4 Years of experience in Mainframe Operations. • Familiarity with IT Infrastructure Library processes for service management. • Capability to perform basic troubleshooting and use ticketing tools effectively. • Conduct routine checks to verify that applications are functioning as expected. • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ITIL processes for incident management. • Experience with mainframe and distributed systems and environments. Preferred Technical and Professional Experience • Basic understanding of applications and their functionalities. • Provide clear updates and basic support to users. • Exposure and knowledge of Amex environment. • Experience in handling L1 & L2 tickets / Ops work in mainframe and distributed environments Being You Diversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it’s how we think and who we are.
