Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting for an Technology Operations Lead.
Overview The Operations Lead is responsible for planning, coordinating, organizing, and controlling production operations within their area. This role is crucial to ensuring efficient service delivery, maintaining product and service quality, and achieving cost-effectiveness. The Operations Lead is expected to align team performance with company standards and customer expectations while operating within the established cost structure.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan and schedule production activities, ensuring timely execution of tasks.
  • Focus on delivering high-quality products and services on time.
  • Supervise daily production processes and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Monitor production output to ensure it meets both quality standards and cost targets.
  • Estimate production costs and enforce standards to maintain high product/service quality.
  • Set and adjust production schedules based on operational requirements.
  • Assess material and human resource needs and coordinate accordingly.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and other managers on layout, production capacity, service scope, and workflow optimization.
  • Oversee equipment maintenance, enforce product standards, and support quality control initiatives.
  • Implement company policies and drive alignment with operational goals.
  • Stay updated on health and safety regulations and ensure compliance.
  • Liaise with suppliers, cross-functional departments, and team members to avoid production delays.
  • Coordinate and lead daily, weekly, and monthly calls with customers to ensure effective communication and service alignment.

Education and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in warehouse and/or production environments is required.
  • Leadership or supervisory experience is highly desirable but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $37.53 per hour
