YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a function focused on the optimization of the Production organization’s assembly methods, processes, and equipment. Each day, you will ensure that the production process aligns with the project targets, approves the design, both for internal or external developed processes and performs the final test in accordance with the project’s data. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring the efficiency of all external production processes. The work model for the role is: onsite This role is contributing to the Manufacturing department in MV Switchgear Unit, Brno. You will be mainly accountable for: • Defining production costs and the sequence of the working phases of a new production process to minimize cost and maximize quality. • Cooperating with international teams in the optimization of technical standards and supporting engineers in the definition or configuration of new design rules. • Responsibilities within the given team: - Line and technology support - Order processing - Production jigs - HSE requirements implementation - Reporting - Kanbans - 3D printing - Introduction of new parts to primary production - Purchase of tools for machinery - Collaboration on R&D and standardization projects - Collaboration on tenders for production and automation technologies/machines - Ensuring programs for production technologies - Parts change management

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE

• Secondary, High school or University degree
• 3+ Years experience in Leading Position
• 5+ Years experience in Operation areas (Quality, Engineering, Production)
• Demonstrated ability to lead and build organizational capabilities, robust systems & processes, and culture of high performance / excellence in operation and management
• Entrepreneurial attitude, excellent communication skills and senior executive presence. Self-driven with networking, collaboration, and intercultural skills
• Excellent leadership and people development skills, relevant and successful change management experience
• Language skills: Czech, Communicational English
