Ko tō mahi | What you’ll do Lead and develop a high performing team, supporting their career growth and wellbeing Coordinate talent management and workforce planning, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive work environment Collaborate with stakeholders across Technology and the wider business to deliver effective people strategies Coach and mentor team members, driving cultural transformation and change Manage resource allocation and talent pipelines, with a focus on diverse technology talent Develop and implement technology frameworks and processes, ensuring alignment across teams Nā tāu rourou | What will you bring?
